Havent recieved my rank?!

    Hi, I just purchased Rank Elite about 3 minutes ago and haven't got my rank on the server? HELP ME!

    Hello _Strafes I'm sad to hear that you haven't received your donator rank. First I would like to tell you that it could take up to 24 hours to get your rank, if you haven't got it by that then I recommend you to email: [email protected] and fill out this template in the mail:

    • My purchased rank is/was:
    • My exact issue and or game mode where the problem is:
    • Evidence ie: screenshots and/or any helpful information:

    Most ranks come within around five minutes.

    Did you enter your IGN correctly?

    Most likely it will take anywhere from 5-20 minutes. If not, then 24 hours. If the rank still hasn't come, email mineverse's support email at [email protected]

    Ok I have recieved my rank on my alt XenoPvp7 now aka _Tranquillity

    However, i seem to only be elite on Kitpvp? Every other game on Mineverse i'm non-rank?
