Minecraft has gravity cuz were not flying.. at the same time it has no gravity because items can float mid-air lel --- I guess?
Support, except make a mini game out of it. @Maxamul does have a point, it will be hard to build, but a mini game out of that will be fun!
I totally support this idea! 100% support! Having a roof cave in on me and tons of sky bases plummet to the ground seems like the best idea ever! (for lagging the server and lowering the Mineverse population.) I can't even try to understand why someone wouldn't support this... it's such a serious and plausible idea too. :P *Rates No Support*
No Support. How do you want to build planes? and flying things or things that you want to make float/levitate?
This would require a lot of minecraft updating, which should be suggested to Mojang not Mineverse, we ain't responsible for updates. Though I like the idea, just seems too much for the amount of resources (staff) that can build this plugin/mod.
First off, gravity in a sense has to lead towards realistic paths to Minecraft such as realistic objects and not block type things. Yes, Minecraft was known for blocks and no gravity, but the name itself indicates no where that the game can't change the mechanics it built itself up with. Hell, a lot of the popular games today use realistic mechanics because the moderately young audience likes that kind of game. If Minecraft wants to branch out from the 8 year old audience, they will need to incorporate ideas such as gravity and maybe even make Minecraft realistic.
