I would not give your Skype out to people. :/ Make a new one and use something other than your MC username.
If you believe you're going to get DDoSed I suggest downloading a VPN. If you'd like a free VPN then you can use CyberGhost, it's free and I believe it's a pretty good one. http://www.cyberghostvpn.com/en_au If you don't mind making a new skype then I suggest making a new skype as Pile said, it'd be the safest thing as it'd be extremely hard to get your IP address unless you click a dangerous link.

Actually, cyberghost is trash, even within making a new skype as long as Zero or Toru has his ip saved he'll still be DDoSed unless he gets a IP change and never log into his old skype what is linked to his OG IP, problem solved create a new skype name it like mine example: [name] .rar, .exe, .bat If you have those it makes it near impossible to find like my old skype "therareking.rar" Nobody could find me, I think it's still linked to my old IP address.
If you still think i'm a complete idiot then think again. He obviously stated that Toru was going to tell Zero to DDoS him, stating that Zero hasn't done anything yet. This also means that no IP has been traced yet, not that it was going to anyway. From your logic, every VPN is trash, which is simply idiotic. If you want to look cool with '.rar' or '.exe' then you can go for it, I couldn't care less. I still suggest a VPN if you go anywhere on the web, you never know when that skid will send you some random link and you'll get traced.
CyberGhost makes you wait for over 1.5k spots to go, I recommend using betternet and cyberghost same time 3 different IP's in case one gets took down. Also @Elrak Toru could use a simple resolver on the web such as skrelsover etc.
Pretty sure enough advice has been given. If the person threatens you again you are free to make a report in the report section.
