Forge problems

So I wasn't really sure weather to put this here or on Off-Topic so here it goes.

I accidentally reset my laptop to factory settings (deleting Minecraft and my files :/). I've re-downloaded minecraft but when I've gone to download and install forge it doesn't work... It says that some of the libaries failed to download, it does this for every type of forge. I've downloaded EVERY 1.8.9 and 1.8 forge file http://imgur.com/a/XhkiJ ( installer, installer-win and universal) but when it tried to install the client this message pops up saying something failed to download. Is it forge that isn't downloading or is it actual minecraft not installing properly. (every time I log on I have to download parts of the version i'm trying to use)If anyone can help me out and tell me how to fix this or send me 1.8.9 forge it would be greatly appreciated.

 

I think it is your Minecraft installer, can you pm me?

 

Moved to off-topic as this is not a Mineverse question. Do you have Java installed?

Delete everything and do it over ;p

 

I've tried that four times. Still get the exact same error message.
