Feedback For Staff

Hey guys. I have noticed some Staff Members have been making threads for people to give Feedback to them, but why not 1 thread for everyone to give feedback on Staff to let them know what they need to improve on.

Please be Mature and leave serious Feedback so Staff know what to Improve on, as having Players feedback is a very good factor. Thanks.

How? I think it's efficient.

 

The thing is, some staff don't want feedback currently.

 

Because I saw a lot of people putting feedback threads located there so I didn't want to post in the wrong section.

 

This isn't necessary. If a staff member wants feedback, they will make a thread of their own and ask for some.

Not all staff members need feedback right now.

Why isn't Necessary. People have thoughts on what they should improve on, so in my own opinion I think it's perfectly helpful and doesn't matter if they do or don't want feedback right now. They shouldn't have to open up multiple threads just to get feedback on each other, 1 thread is good enough so the community can give there thoughts on them as a compilation of comments.
