[Factions] Heal

Hello Mineverse I have been playing a lot of factions lately and my friend got to 2 hearts. So I typed in /heal JoeyJetFan and it said "You have been healed." Then he died! Please fix this we could really use it.

FYI I'm a Titan and I can do /heal JoeyJetFan on other servers too.

 

Then why can I still do it on KitPvP and other servers?

 

That sucks

 

The titan permission to heal others was removed due to the fact that it was being used to remove potion effects.
