there is Never Any Mod's on skywars or Creative and its not fair to People who play skywars or Creative ._.

 

I'm on sky wars a lot. Hence the many problems I've had with you and your language. I've muted you, kicked you, etc many times. You don't always see me. I sit and watch.

I also just realized this is on the report staff section. This being said, you need to have proof of staff's wrong doings and a valid report or this will be closed. Do you have a staff member to report? If this is a rant, we can move this to the rant section.

 

I'm not sure why this got so much hate. OP is close to being right, the staff aren't inactive, they're just spread thin. Skyblock has more Moderators than Mineverse for one server. The Australian timezone has no Moderators now. In fact for ages I was the only Mod on for 4 - 8 hours.

 

Oh I'm sorry, isn't 5 hours on the one server enough, like seriously we need breaks.

We're not computers, were humans.

I know everyone has said this but the mods aren't mindless machines working 24/7 to keep you happy. The staff have stuff going on in real life that does not involve Mineverse, examples: parties, holidays, school, work (for their lives ahead), study, relaxing, meeting up with friends, hobbies etc. In fact, without the staff that you are reporting Mineverse would be hell. Fights, constant swearing, hacking, advertisement, abuse and more. Don't take the staff for granted, respect them and you'll all get along.

Yes but I live in US but work nights so I am on during "Aussie" times.

 

A few things.

Red: It's not, because unless you're a Prison Guard you should be splitting your time between all the servers, spending 5 hours on one server is just bad practice. >__> If you're planning to Moderate for 5 hours a day spend 45 minutes one server, don't ever sit there silent. That's not what you should be doing! You need to ask if people need help before you head off to another server/game.

I did not realize you guys just stalked the chat/focused on one primary server. You can save a lot of time by asking around.

Green: No one said you were, nor was it even hinted at and that's a very bad thing to say. I've been a Moderator on Skyblock for two years, never once did I say that, feels like an excuse. Yes, you have a life and you can live it all you want, but if you need an excuse to why you're not on and it's that, then you're better off stepping down until you have time.

The only people I know to not step down when they're busy/cannot get on for periods are those that don't actually do much. Not saying you don't do anything, but you're throwing a pathetic excuse to why you cannot be on all servers when I managed to Moderate Skyblock.net, Skyblock.org & Mineverse at once. And that's not 'cause I sat around each day and played games.

Most people have lied about the time they can spend online, in fact most say 3 - 6 hours and barely manage 1 hour.
