No support. Lack of detail, and also, you need to know the community better.

Plus, you need to correct the "Which two servers would you like to moderate?" part. It means which gamemode (KitPvP, Prison, Survival, etc.) do you want to moderate, and stick on.

Umm...Fix these problems:

• not nearly enough detail :/
• no color! -add lots of color to make your mod app POP
• you really need to use spell check! -fix your grammar
