Your app could benefit from some more detail, especially regarding why you think you should be a mod and past experience. Also, Mineverse hasn't been up for two years. Other than that, good luck.

 

Actually, it might be a good idea to color the questions, then have black responses, the huge abundance of color actually seems to make it a little hard to read, at least to me.
