    This prevents players from fleeing from a fight so easily. It's more annoying when you're pvping someone and they easily get away, than it is waiting for the enderpearl cool down.

    There used to be a cool down, then so many people complained that is was removed, I'm sure if this gets accepted more threads will be made to add another cool down.

    Funny, you make a moderator application and now you call the server dumb. What's even funnier is you make a suggestion about a /kill command, and you call this dumb.
