In Elic's Application He's Says He is completely honest. Now If I do say so myself Scamming isn't that honest Is it now... Like that time he scammed my Minecraft account... I wonder If everything he types is true.

We talked about this in-game. I told you that since it happened like 6 months ago nothing could be done. I don't see why you have now brought this problem to the forums when it wont accomplish anything. Have you ever heard of the saying "People Change"? This is exactly what has happened in this situation, I can assure you that Elrak isn't like that anymore.

 

This is the issue with people who hold grudges.

Auzzi said that was a long time ago. @elrak was different a long time ago. Yes, he scammed and may have broken a few rules. But, if he continued that, then why would he be a moderator?
If he is a moderator now, then it's not hard to assume that he's changed and is a better person than what he was.
Just forgive him. He's treated me and others far worse than a one time incident, and I've been able to forgive him and move on. I reckon you could do the same.
