<Edit> Mods.

I don't see why saying latin in chat is mutable/even an offense. I understand maybe other languages, but honestly, who communicates with latin language? It's dead. LOL. I don't understand tbh.

 

NCC is one of the better mods, atleast he has an understanding of what we want and what we don't, he's active aswell and one of my best friends, even though I don't play much anymore, I do trust that he is still a good mod and in my POV, at the moment, he's probably the best, no other mods are really as active anymore and no mods are getting promoted [due to re-promotions, not really a 'promotion'] Half of the mods that play now don't even play but still want mod, such as Lola.

Don't be prepared from hate from me. Yes he makes mistakes, no one is perfect. Though they are the slighest muck-ups. He is a great moderator tbh. But really, some moderators need to not just leave when it's a massive situation, like the main point of this thread. Cool, you can have an 'irl' issue from time to time. It's not something that should be happening everyday. If you have an irl issue that is too big, resign. Like others have. Call me a hypocrite, but it's just my opinion.

 

But when Lola was active, she was a very good mod.

 

took 5 days for my forum report to be looked at and 2 days for an eZ kitpvp report

 

If mods resign, people will still be promoted normally. There is no replacements. There aren't many good applicants out there.

i have to agree but ik alot of mods on this server that are helpful nice and welcoming but other rarely play and are always afk but some of us have real life problems so im neutral with this

 

there is just go to the mineverse apps and dont just read the first page look in acouple of pages trust me there some really good ones

 

Some are good, most aren't. It also isn't just about the application, it's about the person applying.

drive mods to resignation, complains there are not enough mods. Honestly these threads do nothing. Last time I checked Cyp dislikes these threads. And if you actually want to ask for something, ask for more mods. Because we don't have nearly enough. Remember, once you actually have to do the work we do you too will probably feel differently.
FYI we do not allow other languages in chat unless your first language is not english. This is because not all mods are multi-lingual and you could be saying anything (rude, innapropriate etc) and we do not understand.

a report takes well less than 5minutes.

 

It doesn't say that you're allowed to speak other languages in the official rules.

 

I will start off by stating if you want to have an actual thought provoking conversation about ways to improve the staff team here feel free to make a thread free of insults and foul language. The fact this thread was left open is beyond me.
I, like many others volunteer my time here. I do a crap ton of reports(30+ yesterday alone). You don't see the work I put forth because the threads for some reason are private. I can't change that. In fact, I can't change a lot here.
What I can do is work my butt off here like I do every day and hope that things change for the better. I show every player here respect and have been working hard for each and every one of you. I do reports as fast as I can and respond to appeals in a timely fashion to show my dedication to you guys.

In response to your issues on parkour, I was not there so I don't know what happened. I do know however almost no mods have permissions on that game mode. This means when I join I am a player just like you.
