If the 'Dumb' rating is added back, I support using it to replace of the 'Bad Spelling' one since 'Bad Spelling' can be considered 'Dumb', and 'Dumb' has a wider variety of uses.

As for why I'm neutral: this rating may likely be abused... more so than others precisely because people think it's "funny asf". Also, I'm not overly enthusiastic about calling people or what they have to say 'Dumb' (doesn't mean I never will, but still), however, I do know there are many cases where people intend for comments to be memeish or outright stupid, so... neutral .___.

 

That is right and that's why I hope the mods take care of its abuse.
