Ok, this just happened. I was doing a skin comp and this person named doyler2000 won, so. The prize was 3 bil, I gave it to him and he replied "did i get anything?" I replied "yea, I gave you 3 bil" and he replied "i didn't get anything, your lying" So, we went on and I even payed ANOTHER 3 bil and he's saying that he is going to ban me. I even have proof here :


So, can you please talk with him mods or owners?
