Donation Issue

Hello,

So I was online on my account called "Bella_Tiara" and did /buy and clicked on premium.
And bought it after a while I looked at recet donations and realised it donated on my alt account Jkayyyyyyyyyyyn https://gyazo.com/34043073cc1860c6ecb9baeae60eeb99 because I was already logged in on buycraft. This happend 5minutes ago and I made this thread right away if there is some way to get my rank on the right account would be great.

Don't put your Skype in, for safety reasons.

And if you can, email [email protected] explaining what has happened, and evidence.

Expect a long wait for a reply, they do tend to take ages. But for now, you will need to be patient.

Okay its just that I live in Europe and that most of staff probably live in US so i won't be online when they answer

 

Well like said earlier, send an email to [email protected] with your problem, evidence, and in game name.

If you get no reply, send an email once a week. The support gets lots of emails and yours might be missed.
