Cypriot's Promotion Schedule?

I don't know why but I've been hearing rumors of how Cyp picks mods & when, not really how, but when. If you go into the archive section (Truelly I think this should be open to Staff only) you'll see MOderator applications, see how in October Rakion,Kewl,Perizl,Pown, & Akward got promoted, (Everyone but Kewl got demoted) then Pile,Dirty, & Troy got promoted in january then Poke,mine, MPG in March? It seems Cyp promotes new players to mod every other month, i really don't know if this is true, but if correct, Cyp should be Promoting more Mods in

Forgot Laura, she wasn't demoted either. And we do not know when Cyp does it. It may be a monthly pattern but he probably does it at a random time and date.

 

If Cyp promoted every other month (starting in October) he would have promoted people in December and February.

 

Oh yey, stupid conspiracy. Rachet was promoted in April... Cyp promotes when he feels the need to, not on a schedule. This is stupid.

He promoted Rachet to replace Dirty. Can you archive this? I also said I DONT know for sure, I said I'm just supposing.
