You need to contact

for this to be fixed. it may take a while but it will eventually happen

Also if you don't have permission and if you have an alt account, rename your alt to the name of the plot and unclaim it then reclaim it with the main account

 

Do you still have permissions on your plot?
If so dispose it and re-claim it with your new IGN.
