Creative - Speed Glitch

I held this crash sword item a while ago and now my speed is glitched at some very high number. I have tried everything from splash potions to milk to buying a teleportation back to spawn. Note that the crash item is no longer in my inventory yet I still possess this crazy speed.

It kicks me whenever I walk, and /speed (number) does not fix the problem.

What I need is for either :

a. @Noobcrew or @CypriotMerks to come online and /kill me

or

b. Hopefully find a way to kill myself in game, with a suggestion by one of you guys.

Fly up really high then do /gms.

 

If the above doesn't work I suggest /gms and then use a lava bucket on yourself or spawn lava on yourself using world edit if the bucket doesn't work.

 

It appears that no matter what game mode I am invincible.

 

Bump. Cypriot did /kill me in game but it didn't work.

 

You may need an item that will slow you like crazy.... Not the best advice, but some people still have items that may help you by giving a reverse effect and neutralizing your glitch. I read in the chat once that someone with your same problem did this and it worked for them.
Finding an item like that though, is the problem :/

Edit: Also, maybe /kill didn't help, but there is the possibility that having Noobcrew or CypriotMerkz do ' /effect <IGN> speed 0 ' or /effect <IGN> speed 1 ' on you could work.

 

I did email Cyp and he went in game and killed me. And yeah I've thought about an item that could neutralise the speed.

 

Just edited another possibility into my comment. I can't guarantee it will work, but it may be worth a try.

 

Why not do /gm 0, then do /effect <Your IGN> Harm, then repeat it until you die?

Nope. Did you get your crash item from a hacked client, I forgot what it's called but the item is a wooden sword isn't it?

 

Yes it was a minecart that when you move you go so fast that you crash, and when I threw the item away and I still had the speed

 

But... I found out how to stop it, fly high up in the air and type /gms and once you fall and die don't sprint again just walk or the speed will come back again and you will crash. I don't know if it will work for you but it's worth a shot

I just messaged Joego15 on Creative because I remembered that he once fixed the speed glitch for himself; So, what he did was he got the same item that glitched him and held it again, then unequiped it. The glitch was removed for him. I don't know if this will work for you or not though... It's worth a try though. Btw, if this does fix your problem, please let me know so I can tell other people that get glitched. Thanks

 

I made my crash item with some unusual hacked client.

 

Happened to me too, literally nothing fixes it ;(

 

If you made your crash item, why not just make an item that counters the speed effects?
Edit: Also, really? You 'made a crash item'? Why do people make those in the first place?

 

I didn't really "make it", I just clicked on a tab in the hacked client that said "Crash Item" and a wooden sword that gives insane speed popped into my inventory.
