Creative Problem

So, I have no idea why this is not working for me (it worked earlier under my current in game name), but for some reason, when I go to my /plotme home, it teleports me to a plot that I can't use commands on. I can build on it, but when i try to do anything else (like clearing it or trying to use world edit) it just does not work. When I check its info, it says it is owned by my past in game name, Superrocky1, but this is the first time that it denies me access on my current account. If this is just a bug in name changes, then could someone please help me get this resolved? Also, since I don't "own" it because of it not being my current name, I have no way to delete or /plotme auto another plot for myself.

hi, Rhythm Skelly! Very common issue,

First off it's because of your name change. Since you changed your name that plot now belongs to your old name.. So if i was to change my name to your old name i would be able to use your plot!

Only way to fix this is by changing your in-game name back to what it was or give a shot on contact [email protected] I do not believe the owner can help you with this issue at all. The only way i believe this can be fixed is if the whole creative game mode was reset which will not happen.

You're going to have to change you're name back, dispose your plot after 30 days of changing your name back, change your name back and then claim the plot again.
Or, contact [email protected] with your old and new IGN, and the issue. Make sure to comment on your email every 3 days so your email stays on top of the queue and get Cyps attention. Don't overdo it though.
