Problem: The problem is i keep freezing and it needs my product key.

Hey, daddy i don't think i need help anymore cause i asked them to do an overview of the computer and in someway it was something wrong in the hard drive so the computer cleandd it self thanks anyway and if i would need more help i sould contact you

 

I can just run some things to make sure so adware is on it and then install a Anti-Virus and Anti-Malware for you.

 

What anti malware/virus do you use?

 

MalwareBytes Premium for my Anti-Malware
Avast for Anti-Virus and I have Premium on that as well.

There is many other Anti-Virus's and Anti-Malware's but I believe these are the best.

I do though have Norton Internet Security and it works well .
