What is the issue with your Computer?

Well I went away for 4 hours today for some IRL stuff. I come back to get on teamspeak and forums. Except somehow there were tons of renamed files and I think you'd call them viruses on my computer.
Details
- Everytime I click something that takes me to a new website or part of a website (for example forum list of skyblock), it opens a new tab that is some ad wanting me to download something.
- Random pictures will pop up on the corners of my screen or websites.
- I have gone to control panel to see if I could remove it, yet some were still there + I downloaded a new anti virus and it didnt work (AVG)

AVG isn't the greatest Anti-virus there is, I recommend downloading TeamViewer whenever you can so I can help you out as you seem like you have some Adware and other malicious files on your PC.

Sure I can, but I won't open any files that aren't related.

Before I fill out this format I need to say a few things. I downloaded many versions of forge... all of them downloaded viruses... lol. So now as I type there are 50 ads on my screen.
