And even after all those evidence against him, all those threads against him and all the reports against him... there is no change. He is continuing his madness and he won't stop until he and his friends get finally permabanned. It became a must in this case.

Um if they were stupid all reports wouldn't be handled. Just because your reports aren't getting banned doesn't mean they're stupid lmfao. So biased god damn --- If he really has been banned so many times, then a perm ban would be necessary? I mean it'd have to be like 5 bans and above tho, not just 2
