Checking balances

Hey guys, Elrak here.

Thought I'd come here with a suggestion, it's about scamming. Scamming is a large problem in Mineverse as you can't return the items and they can just keep the items after a month of being banned which is why I'm proposing that we should be able to check each others balances.

If we could do this we'd be able to see how much money they really have. This would stop a large amount of scams, not all of course but it would stop a large amount which is always a great help.

/baltop wouldn't help at all just saying :P (Most people wouldn't be on it)

I think we should have a way to see, e.g. /bal Andrewswj (another person's name) so that it reduces scamming chances, and also, why not? There's no harm.
