EUR Chain's Moderator Application

It's disgusting how disrespectful people are being towards you on this application. People bash on you for asking for a reason they no support, when they have nothing other than "Reasons stated" and they just leave. It's funny.

To anyone noting the amount of no-supports he has, your supports and no supports have absolutely no impact on your promotion chance.

I'm going to stay neutral, I believe you should get a few things handled before you can be a successful applicant. (Ability to rate etc etc)

 

I honestly don't really see an attitude I just think kids tend to exaggerate a lot.

Yes their are ways to handle certain situations but asking "why" to someone that is being rude isn't disgusting or disrespectful.

There is nothing wrong with my attitude, you may be referring to the way I out things across to people. I do it strong and straightforward, my attitude is probably one of the best you'll find among the applicants.

You may call my last statement crazy but think about it, I am not bias towards friends (the few I have), I do not react in game most of the time, and when I do, it's in a civil manor, I don't use bad language or bypass the filter. I've never been reported for anything other than hacking I believe. And lastly, I get insulted every day by individuals on Mineverse, it doesn't get to me. In the past we've had moderators resign due ti the amount of disrespect they receive, this won't be the case with me because I already receive a lot of hate.

Anyways, I am aware of everything you've said. I completely disregard the people who do not support me without reasons and the same goes for people with invalid reasons, such as detail.

It's very frustrating when I go after people for reasons as to why they don't support me and then they call me rude for doing so. Thank you though Flazer.

You are straightforward, not biased, familiar with the rules, and other things that qualify you for this position. It appears to me that you've become less "harsh" towards people, and you've proven to be an honest person. The only thing I'd work on is gaining trust back for rating posts. Good luck.

 

Personally I think every no support should come with a valid reason, otherwise it's just a pointless post anyway, therefore no need to class it.

Also, I'm just here to give some extra support I guess. I know I've already given you support a couple of days ago but I never really gave a well sought reply and reason.

Basically, when I first encountered you, you weren't the best person - which you know. I just want to tell you that I am proud of this change and I know with some more work on your behalf that you will become a very great moderator for this server. As stated above a good start would be to possibly start a conversation with Pile and asking about what it would take to regain the ability to rate posts. She is very open minded and I'm sure you both can work something out.

Again, keep up with this and how you have been. Some people might not like it but that's just because you are doing things your own way and not following the pack with listing traits and what not. You got straight to the point and that is all that needs to be done.

Last time I saw you in-game, you were kind of immature (imo) but that was a long time ago.

You've also been quite immature on forums numerous times, and banned on forums a few times, too I believe.


So, of course I'm supporting. I think you have changed. You deserve this.

 

I change my Neutral to a Support, I believe you would be a good Moderator.

You do not really seem to want mod. Go check out the accepted applications. They took hours, maybe even DAYS to finish it. And guess what? They are Moderator now. It is true that an application doesn't have to be lengthy, but at least take SOME time to create it.

I definitely, COMPLETELY agree with Andrewswj. The attitude is not good for a moderator.

 

I refuse to add detail to my application, I do not want people judging me by an application.

My attitude if fine.

 

Alright, I'm just giving you some suggestions to get Mod. iF YOu don't want to do it, it's not doing me any harm, so...

 

Those suggestions won't help me become a moderator, if they did, I'd be happy to apply them.
