Why do you think you should become a mod? I wanna be Moderator because im the Titan rank and have been playing mineverse for a long time and its been a wonderful time playing with the amazing players! I love this server and it is one of my favorite servers!

Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game) I have not been banned from the server but i have been false banned from kitpvp
Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Yes in fact i have been Admin Co-Owner and i even own my own server!

Mentioning your donor rank in a Moderator application isn't needed.

Donor ranks aren't relevant when applicants are chosen for promotions. Whether you have donated $250, $5 or nothing, it's all the same. Sometimes when people mention their high donor ranks, it makes it seem like they think they have a higher chance to be chosen just because they paid money. Just a little input.

Shouldn't you have just closed this as it's actually impossible for this user to gain the requirements for moderator within the 48 hour period?

He can't boost his register date up to two weeks.

That's not a valid reason. You like the server, well so does everyone else here. Your rank doesn't mean anything when applying for mod. It just goes to show ho much you were willing to pay. Look at other moderator applications, which are actually good, and compare the detail. You'll find out quite soon that what you wrote is nothing compared to others.
