I think there should be a way to block certain people from viewing or posting on your profile. Alternatively make people you "ignore" unable to do this We all have certain people we dont want to comment on our profile. This is possible ingame, on Discord and on every other social media platform. No reason not to have it here.
I mean It came off a little rude what he said but I completely agree with him. We shouldn't have to ask for this shouldn't we just be able to do it in our profile settings?
well my original post was a joke, but sando surely has the power to ask matt and.. sando is not just any mod.. He's gotten a lot done with no need to make a suggestion for it. Sure we should have this setting already by default but my point was i don't feel like he needed this suggestion really to get approval (even though i don't really care if he does or doesn't it was more of a joke i supported him either way). Which is why mr salty pants up there made me facepalm. I know sando wouldn't have took offense to what i said and if anyone else did it would surprise me lol.
I disagree as a proud countryman of the democratic peoples republic of north korea I value my freedom of speech and my ability to use it in most situations. being able to exclude someone from your posts seems dumb cause whats stopping someone from banning mods and bullying. Not in this Democratic North korean subburb
I believe all profiles should be open for all forum members to view. But if the "People you Follow Only" option is available here: might as well add this suggestion. Support.
The ignore button means you don't get notifications from their posts (i.e. if my notification settings say I get a notification every new thread in suggestions, I won't when this person does) and it makes me unable to see their posts. This suggestion is more to prevent particular users from writing on your profile. Most people have someone they don't want to write on their profile, without being unable to see their posts
