If they get false banned the ban shouldn't be counted and if they are really hacking for the first time, they would get banned for 30 days. Support, it would be useful so hackers would come back on the server to hack less often if this was implemented.
People get perm banned when they receive too many punishments. Only Head-Mods have access to perm ban people anyways.
