There's not really a prefix for all gamemodes, so I'm just gonna put lobby. These hackers, they go around hacking until they're banned, and then what? They're banned for a month. Let's all be honest, does a majority of them learn their lesson..? No. They don't. They come right back, and you have to ban them again. This one month ban, is just a timeout for them, it's a simple punishment that most people are willing to take again. So what I'm suggesting is to extend the ban time for 2 months or higher. I don't think it has to be a perm ban, because then a lot of appeals will be rolling in, but if a lot of you suggest that it should be a perm ban in the comments, I'll definitely include that.
Support. Or they can just IP ban them, so they cant get on alts and hack. Then there are brothers/Sisters whatever. They will probably use vpns to change their ip.
Support Like alex said, they can ban evade, they can evade by changing there ip, using vpns, ect ect. Ip banning won't do anything since they can change their ip everytime and get alts, this is what I used to do back then when I was a hacker.
Definately support, but it should be a perm ban. Someone made a good suggestion a while ago about ban evading.
Support - though it seems false bans are rampant on here the server has an appeal section for a reason. While reading through the rules a 7 day ban first time hacking is not nearly enough and a permanent ban should be considered upon the second ban.
I'm honestly going to no support bc i got false banned and mod denied my appeal and being banned for 2 months or more would just suck
I think we should start ip-checking more often, this is because hackers are loviees, they join with ALTs, and your idea is great Support!
Thanks for your feedback! Only problem with that is they can use VPNs, and some people have siblings that play.
Along with the longer ban times, there should be a carpet ban on similiar modes for that person. For example, if they hack on a pvp mode, hey should be banned on the rest of them. Support.
