Tp trapping falls under scamming, both of which are worth a ban. Not enough people applying for factions are fit for the position.
I don't really agree with removing last minute bidding...I personally enjoy trying to outbit a lot of people, I also sometimes bid an unusual amount just so people type /bid and bid more than they wanted to.
