Appreciating the Moderators More.

Dear Mineversians,

This doesn't go directly go towards CypriotMerkz and kind of does, it just shows how much the Moderators aren't being appreciated enough by CypriotMerkz/CypriotMerks. For example, @Pile_of_Butts got lobby banned after her serving Mineverse for around 8 months, that's along time to stick with a community and all of it going down the drain by being banned from Mineverse. Like I asked @Lola Perez if CypriotMerkz/CypriotMerks gave her a complement on all of her hard work she has done for us, Lola said no. She has became a huge impact to Mineverse and keeping everyone safe, personally I think it is time for CypriotMerkz/CypriotMerks starts to appreciate his staff members and not treat them like their his slave. Atleast after they resign/demoted CypriotMerkz/CypriotMerks makes a thread appreciating the all of the hard work that they have given and contributed to Mineverse. Another example, MrBeefCak3 was another huge impact on our community, he knew when he had to take things serious and when it was time to have some fun. We don't see him online as much because he didn't feel appreciated in all the hard work that he has put towards the server, like in Pile's resignation, she said that CypriotMerkz didn't appreciate her work a single bit. Rakion504 even admitted that we deserve better than what is getting thrown at us and the Staff Members.
@ScoFu13 is doing a wonderful job supporting the community and is always helpful, he was promoted to Head-Moderator because he showed CypriotMerkz that he was ready for the job. Without all of the hard work the former and present Moderators have been doing, Mineverse would be falling to it's knees. So lets get to the point of this thread, I think that CypriotMerks/CypriotMerkz should appreciate the Moderators and all of their hard work they have taken out of their time to help keep Mineverse safe and a friendly community.

you know this could technically be insulting cyp which doesn't end well the mods and cyp know about whats going on its just problems you and i don't get access to know...

 

This thread is to start Appreciating the Moderators better, he doesn't give the Moderators any credit for all of their hard work. This isn't really going towards Cyp.

Alright how about this, explain how he can be more appreciative?

Also @Pile_of_Butts did it just get banned for that, Cypriot had his reasons and that was it.
I mean sure there's mods who do a lot of work but why in the world are you focusing this just on Cypriot? Like what the ****? What about crew? He barely comes on, not appreciative either and yet you go after just cyp. Seems legit.

 

we are just saying cyp is going to probably take this as an insult and he does appreciate his mods they don't always notice. He congragulates aton on teamspeak. but alas not all the mods ever teamspeak3

 

I agree that the moderators all do a great job. But it is volunteer work and the Moderators do it because they want to help the server. I don't understand why you are pointing fingers at Merks when he's actually a lot more active then Crew with the Moderators and such.

 

I feel like I am going to get banned for making this thread, @Taylor or and other Staff member please lock and archive this.
