Add /rename

/rename will be a command that will allow players to rename their items. This would be useful since anvils are disabled on a lot of servers, preventing players to rename their items.

To rename an item, hold it in your hand, and do a command similar to this.
/rename [Name]
^ do that while holding the item you want to rename in your hand.

This could be a perk for all donors, and could cost 1 EXP level (since that's how anvils work). Color codes could also be included

UPDATE 2:
The chat filter could be implemented into the command. Preventing people from using cuss words. Also, if someone is caught using an offensive name, it could be punishable with a 12 hour+ ban, depending on the severity.
