It was a joke. But when they do get on, they are going to have a high rank they didn't earn. People would then think of them as "active" even though they never play
I'm sorry did you just say activity should never be based on time? I'm sorry but activity, by definition, is how active you are online, not having 1000 posts or having an account for 3 months.
No support -I like it how it is it means you actually have to be active around forums. -People can afk on forums easily at school or while they are playing.

except time and activity changes... so someone active can go inactive... does that make them active member still? When you rank up you cant rank down so it ends up the same things as the current...
