Re-support. I knew that you aren’t the kind of person to do that and so I just kind of sat back and watched to see how it planned out. Now I had people try to tear me down after one mistake, and in your case, a mistake you didn’t make. People won’t like you because you report people including them, but that’s okay. Even if they try to bring you down and take any chance to ruin your chances, don’t worry. I’ve talked to you before about this, but just know that I would love to work with you. Keep on going, you got this.

I understand your ambition but honestly speaking it's not going to happen as you would be burnt out from being "on-call" for that amount of time. It's not shameful or going to lower your chances if you give a good thought about it, say 1-2 hours each day that you believe you can really maintain in the long term. A long term perspective would be good for someone on the team.

I think that the playtime hours that I had put down are times that I can be able to manage, I have been inactive this weekend due to camping but I will be going active again, I find that I do have a lot of time that is spare on my hands so I just love to use all of it to get on the server, I think that I can handle these times but if my playtime decreases (which I think it wont) then I will decrease the hours. Thanks!

 

I'm skeptical, since I was in the team myself. But who knows, things may have changed. If you can somehow manage an average of 4 hours every day long term, then go with it. But I must warn you that if you at any point in time (if you get accepted) feel burnt out or feel that moderating is getting boring, it's because the average of 4 hours is too much. Good luck.
