I'm ready to start helping out people again, although my activity won't be the same standard from before as a staff member, I certainly think that my dedication and commitment to the server will improve it a lot.

Not going to lie but probably 1-3 hours a day, don't really have a set time, just whenever I'm not busy I'll get on

Don't see much in-game.
Lack of detail in ur mod app.
And you always seem to fuel the fire with other people. As you got in trouble for it on the forums 1 month ago.

 

As much as I love & care for you, I just think that you're not in the correct position to be a moderator right now.
I have seen you in-game today for the first time in ages, I'd advise to wait before applying for moderator.
You were a tad bit salty after your resignation, though I won't hold it to you, I just want to see a better change in you. Good luck, no support. I hope you can prove to me otherwise and change my opinion.

Honestly doesn't convince me at all that you really want to be back on the team and help out. Your last report was July 2nd. That is, until things got tough.

Anytime you thought the server was going downhill or somebody left the team, you resigned. You didn't try to tough it out or even take a break and see how things went, you just left.

The first time you did this it was clear you regretted your decision, but on the second time you started being extremely salty. You still were up until you mad this app.

Unless you can prove to me that you have the power to tough things out and something like your last two resignations won't happen again, I'm sorry but I can't support you.

Fully understand your points, I just didn't feel the need to add essays of information or explain how I would be a good staff member when I've made two applications before which includes all the information itself. Although my last report was July 2nd, reports aren't a requirement, anyways as staff I gained over 1000 ban logs if that proves anything. Thank you for your honest feedback and i hope to improve upon.

I love how both of you hold this moderator position at such a colossally high standard. It's just a volunteering position for a Minecraft server lol.

Objectively speaking, he dedicated a decent amount of time here and helped for a considerably long time. He was one of the best moderators I've seen, so give him another chance. You're holding him accountable for the stupidest reasons I've seen.

You're implying that just because he regretted the decision of resigning from his volunteering position, he should be held accountable for it and not give him a chance to help out even more? This is the biggest bargain you could have.

Regardless of how many times he resigned, you can't deny the fact that he still made a bigger, more positive impact on the server back when he was staff compared to you. <-- It may seem subjective, but most people can agree.





Now here are some things Acceptation is worthy of criticism for:

* Lack detail

* Inactivity (I haven't been on MV for quite some time, so I'm relying on a few friends and some people who committed on this application previously.

As much as I really appreciate you sticking up for me and everything but the staff members who wrote them posts do have very good points against me and I'm not going to defend myself of try deny any of it to make me have a higher chance of getting accepted when the reasons are valid. I really really do appreciate you trying to say the reasons are bad but honestly, I believe they're valid to judge me as a person.

Anyways as for your critiscm, I will be working on that, fully understand the inactivity point as I only really did come back like yesterday, as for detail it's not exactly a requirement but still. I just didn't feel like going overboard in detail for an application that I have already written twice (both being accepted) However I will leave my two old applications and people can read them if they'd like to know more about me.

Stop patronizing yourself my guy. Anyone can deconstruct their arguments in minutes, and on the contrary, it's only a minecraft position. You've deemed yourself worthy over the position in the years and I see nothing wrong with you becoming a staff member again. Literally, anyone can no support someone for the most retarded reasons because they hold this volunteering minecraft job at just a colossally high standard. It's like an actual governmental job.

It's just not logical.
