Introduction
I want to thank all of you guys to take the time and read my moderator application. I hope you guys enjoy, and I really want some feedback below. Once again, I hope all of you guys enjoy my moderator application.
How old are you?: 15
Your in-game name: zDraqo
What timezone are you in?: Pacific Standard.
What country do you live in? United States of America
What languages do you speak?: Just English as of now and Spanish.
Why do you think you should become a mod?: I have a passion for moderating. When I moderate, I feel good. I feel good knowing I did my part to help stop all the hackers, foul language and such. But moderating isn't a solo job. It's a team job. You must work with the other moderators. Not one person can do all the work, though. That's why it's a team job. You must know your team, trust your team, and work with your team. And I know I can do just that. I haven't had an issue with a moderator yet. It's a good sign when you don't argue with your "team".

And then in every team, there is a captain, or leader. And I want to do just that. I may not be the most experienced of the pack, but it doesn't mean I can't step up to the plate and try to be the best I can be. I'm also hoping that if I get accepted, I can also bring Mineverse back up the charts to the spot where it once was.

The experienced moderators are all leaving, and I don't like the assumptions people make about some of the new moderators. I want to be the guy who keeps everyone happy.

I also love helping. I play it cool though. I play it natural. Most of the time I won't go out in chat and ask if anyone needs help, but if someone has a question, I try to answer it as quick as possible. I also like helping the new players who often get ignored.

I also have a lot of confidence and maturity when dealing with ban appeals, player reports, and arguments in general. I try to keep the arguments as calm as I can, but I'll get a staff member if it gets out of hand to the point where I can't do anything. I also feel I have all the qualities to being a moderator in general, such as...

Activity
I'm usually im usually checking whenever I get a chance. I'm also in-game a lot, most of the time on OP PvP and occasionally OP Factions or Skyblock. I also have MineChat on my phone, so I can always pop on if I need to or just to moderate chat. I also am on when sometimes no other mods are on, so this helps cover vacancies
Maturity
I also feel I am very mature. There are a couple of times when I am just purely goofy, but I'm always available to ban, mute, or jail, unless I'm AFK. I take my job seriously, and I undertsand it is a big privilege and a big responsibility to be a moderator.
Kindness
I feel I am very kind and I often try to be generous or welcoming to all players who join, new or old, donor or non-donor, moderator or not moderator, and experienced or non-experienced. I feel when you are kind to someone, they are often times kind back. And we all want people to be kind to us.
Strict
I am very strict, and not afraid to ban someone if needed. I also know the moderator commands pretty well, which should help. I also don't hesitate or wait to punish to someone, to be a moderator, you need to be to the point and take care of the situation as fast as you can.
Helpful
I always help any player who needs it, as helping is a sub-category of being kind. I will not ask in chat, "Does someone need help?". I answer a question if someone has one, or help if someone needs it. Basically I just don't "look for help". Helping is contagious. If you help someone, they'll help someone. Helping makes everyone happy.
Funny
I feel being funny is important to being a moderator. Why? Well people are often somewhat "scared" or "afraid" of moderators. This way if you are funny, they know that you aren't scary, but you still shouldn't be messed with. Funny is also being nice, as long as they joke is not mean or hurtful to other players.

So what is my main reasons you might ask? Cleaning up the server of all hackers, bullies, and swearers. I feel a lot of stuff goes by without a report going through, and I
want to change that. I just want to help the community in anyway I can, and I feel being a moderator would be a great way of showing my support to help stop some of the ruckus going on the server every second, every millisecond. I also apologize about this being a short application, but I felt I said all I can say.

How long can you be active on the server everyday?: 2-3 hours a day. More or less on some days, of course.
How long have you been playing Mineverse?: Since 2013

And where are you "known" on?

 

I'm known from Op PvP its 4am and I just got off

 

Sure.. But you need to be known on the forums/whole server.

 

Also known on skywars and op factions.

 

I play on Op PvP and skywars and haven't ever seen you and our timezones aren't that different, are you sure you are "known" on these servers? Perhaps someone could vouch for that?
