Well, I've been given 2 accounts(that I won't change), I'm getting another acct soon, and then I have another alt. I only really use GizzBots though.

"Impersonating" won't take place as your old username is saved in reserve for 37 days, meaning that most people you know would already know of any changes made, people who try and say they're you will just be proved wrong.

People could say "I changed my name, it's me blah blah"

You have to go to your Mojang account settings and then to your Minecraft account, assuming it would be a pretty visible option, there would also probably be an announcement of sorts about how to do it.

Just google it. All you need is your account details, and you can change it once every 30 days.

I agree. That's why I'm not looking forward to it.
