Hi jonas, this is what you need to do:

Go to Reports -> Report a Player -> Create thread -> Fill in the template -> Create thread

There you go. If you still need help, you can, I'm sure, contact a Moderator or me if you prefer to do so :D

If you're reporting an instance of hacking, island farming, scamming (stuff with video evidence), you can upload those on YouTube. Try not to use dubious links as an uploading area because Mods may not want to click on those ;)

Also I think he meant Appeal not report.

In any case, you already made an appeal and I explained my reasons in that post. Please refer back to it, because the ruling on your appeal was final.
