It's extremely hard to earn my trust, I don't see why you need to be promoted as you do not have access to any of the Raxs claims.

If you need to claim something get an alt faction, ally Raxs and I change their permissions, ./f perm altfacname perms all yes
and use the alternate faction to claim land.
