If you're unfamiliar with the past issues we've had with certain game-modes - losing items, balance, ect. This issue should have, and seemed to be fixed for a while now. (It was a problem with the dedi being full, I won't go into details). I've seen some people making help threads and/or notifying me in-game that they've lost their balance, or enderchest, and things along those lines. If you have experienced this issue RECENTLY, please reply with details of the situation. Such as: How long ago did this happen? What did you loose? What game-mode did this happen on? Note: This is not a thread where you will receive refunds for the things you may have lost. Thank you!
How long ago did this happen?: Not sure how long ago it happened but I logged in around last week and it didn't work. What did you lose?: Access to open my Lockette chests (only some) and one of my Claims, very small so it doesn't matter a lot. What game-mode did it happen on?: Survival.
A) This problem still hasn't been fixed, with many on prison still losing enderchests and balances B) Its actually pretty concerning that you won't disclose what has been going on to the countless players who have lost items, that dont know what is going on. C) What is the point of this thread if there will be no refunds? Countless long time prison players, including dyna tin and I, have lost stuff due to the clear. Tin had it especially bad, losing his dragon egg and his rare axes and fire stick. We both lost all our money, homes, bases, and more. Yet there is nothing being done to actually help us. I could go on ranting about the issues of prison, but I wont. I will fill out a form, however. How long ago did this happen? 2 or so weeks ago? What did you loose? 2.5Million 1 Double plot 3 bases 2 beacons All my homes My enderchest My fire axe Etc. What game-mode did this happen on? Prison.
Issue should've been resolved since then. This was a thread to see if the issue was still occurring. In the instance where there were many cases in which proving the issue wasn't resolved, refunds could've possibly be given. For your point "B", it was a simple dedi got full type of thing. Not really much to say other than that the dedi kept getting full. I'll be closing seeing as it doesn't appear many people have encountered the loss of items. Thanks.
