Parkour Glitch Unable to Rank up

Hello I am Em my user name is ErmHiEm my issue in parkour is when I finish it, it does not allow me to click the sign to rank up when I do /rankup II it says you must complete the course I am unsure if there is a bug in the parkour server effecting everyone but so far it is a glitch in my case so if you can please help me out that would be much appreciated, Thank you.

 

This is a issue. The changelog lies to us :(, @Pile. Help us

They were fixed and I'm not sure what happened but they are not fixed now and it makes me cry a little on the inside.

Works for my friend and I, and I'm pretty sure Em now has the completed rank so I think so ;o.
