Hey, so i made a pigman grinder on factions with the portals, and some reason they glitched and gave me no mcmmo. But pigmen in the nether give mcmmo. This is the only way to grind on factions due to the end being disabled, so can this please be fixed?

There is no end, this is the only proper grinder you can make for mcmmo.

 

nO, YOU can kill ppl and grind it on ppl. you just want to grind mcmmo with a hack client

 

Are you dumb? that would take forever, you gain hardly any mcmmo, Also I play factions legit. We are not all like you who have clients in their versions, ok?

 

oki i dont have a cleitn in my versions, tyvm. i use my ghost client to grind my spawners.

Thanks for putting this on the forums though, was planning to make a pigmen grinder with my faction tonight, hopefully they fix it.

That's why there is an mcmmo cap it does not matter how fast we get there

 

From what I was able to tell by the change logs associated with the latest versions of mcMMO they are the ones who altered the state of the portal generated pigmen so they will not give mcMMO xp. I have not found any configuration settings to reenable them, but I have not looked that hard either. The mcMMO project touts its plugin as highly configurable so there "may" be an option somewhere that could reenable them, but not sure and somewhat doubtful.

I'm not sure what version they are running on the new Faction server, but I would think it is a newer version similar to what they are running on the prison server. For reference, the prison server is running 1.5.04-SNAPSHOT-b78. In the change logs for the mcMMO project it lists under Version 1.5.04:
! Zombie Pigmen spawned from nether portals are now considered spawner mobs

Spawner mobs do not give xp.

So my gut feeling is that this is a permanent change on all servers running an updated mcMMO.
