Factions: Be able to open chests of enemy factions

So by this, I mean that we should be able to open any chests without having to be in that Faction. What is the point of raiding if you can't open the chests without blowing them up also. This is to OP and prevents raids and pretty much is a troll instead of a raid. Many other servers have this style.

 

No support. What would be the point of claiming? This makes it harder and raiding and blowing up the chests is one of the biggest parts of factions. To work so long for something only to have people find it using /f map and enemy you then just take your stuff? I don't think enemies should be able to open chests

No, if you go on any BIG factions server, the chests would be unlocked by being an enemy faction. That is why they would protect with walls. Plus the one of the main reasons of raiding is a Cannon. Why need a cannon if you can't even get in the chests. As I said, that's why you need to protect your chests as best as possible. BTW, you can just put some cobblestone or any solid block on top of the chests and it would be protected (Unless your lazy like some of you people).

EDIT: I don't like your idea of ''factions'' from the way you're putting it. I think Factions is good the way it is, with how the chests are protected. It has a challenge to get into the enemies collection of items, just being able to easily raid them, is kinda boring. Having that challenge is fun, and more enjoyable.

Personally, the thing I enjoy about raiding is blowing up the chests and watching the loot burst out. Also, if they could just open your chests without having to cannon, that's a lot of hard work gone in an instant.

Creeper eggs would make it so much easier. Getting rid of a 5 layer wall is hard enough

 

Support unless you have creeper eggs you have to build multiple cannons to get to different chests. Unless the base is very basic and only has one chest room then more cannons are required. But then there is withers which take very little skill and can raid anything on factions.
