It's an automated process, you'll just have to wait the 5 minutes, though I'm not even sure if it works on OP PvP, so just be patient and if it doesn't work, get in touch with a head-moderator in-game and they'll be able to manually teleport you.

You don't. It activates almost instantly when you get it from the shop.

 

Didn't work. I log in and nothing happens. I can only be in the server for more than 10ms

 

Then do what @Linkin Park said, contact a head-mod so he can tp you back to spawn
