(Parkour) Rankup Sign Not Working

So I just joined this server and I and a few other people have made it to the end of course I and right clicking it won't work. I don't know whether this is affecting other signs or not, but I'd appreciate if someone could fix this. Thanks in advance.

Turning off and back on isn't doing anything, and I upgraded to the latest version and that won't work either. As far as I've seen, nobody has been able to use it.

 

I joined now parkour server and I can't runkup with sign....

 

The sign stopped working for me too.

 

Update: This doesn't seem to be a problem with just 1s, some 2s and a 7 have complained about not being able to rank up.

 

The last time I played, the signs have a cooldown on them. So if someone ranks up you might have to wait 30 seconds to click the sign again and ran-up. If not, then I don't know any other solutions.
