This person call Quroxy had a diamond enchanted ( awesome enchants ) sword and I killed him what should I do what the sword I dont want to go to jail.

You can give the sword to a mod/guard or throw it in lava so it will be destroyed.

@DaViper101 keep the sword, you can chose to sell it or keep it. You won't be jailed as long as a guard doesn't see you with it in your hand in the prison.

There is nothing wrong with using a sword in the PvP area; if a guard sees him he will jailed and that's all there is to it.
