I also use Gyazo to capture screenshots when I need to. Why do you think you should become a mod? Preface I have played on Mineverse for about two years and I have been playing very frequently the last few weeks. I know the rules and am responsible when I actually have something important to do. I can remain focused on a task when I know that we will benefit from it. I know I was not the most active Moderator in the past, specifically on Skyblock. At the time I felt I wasn't actually needed. I was also not active on Mineverse for a while due to personal reasons, up until recently. But now that I am back and much more active, I feel I could take a big role as a staff member. On Mineverse, with the growing player count, I actually feel like I would be helping and making a difference. Leadership What I love doing and what I've always done was helping kids and people who need to be pointed in the proper direction. I am a Boy Scout, and that is a big reason I became a Boy Scout. It helps show leadership, something that all staff should show. As a Boy Scout, I point kids in the right direction, so that when they grow up, they make the right choices. Growing as a Boy Scout, I have acquired extensive people skills. I know how to communicate effectively and fluently. Because I have experience with leadership skills and people skills, I feel as though I am ready to take on a big task of moderating the Mineverse server. Optimism Having optimism, even if the outcome seems unrealistic, can go a long way. I am a very optimistic person. Whenever someone gives me a suggestion for a new build, I am always excited to hear what they have to say. I am also always willing to help them with whatever they are doing. When ever I have a new idea for something, I am always optimistic about the outcome, even if the chances are slim. I am usually always open to suggestions about anything. Inspiration When you take all of the good qualities of a leader, you get someone who communicates clearly, concisely, and often, and by doing so motivates everyone to give his or her best all the time. They challenge their followers by setting high but attainable standards and expectations, and then giving them the support and tools to pursue those goals. As a moderator, I would be active in the community to help inspire people to do better. I would help make sure that their goals are realized, and that they are attainable. A moderator's duties are not only limited to banning and kicking people. They also have a duty to ensure the overall well-being of the community is in check. How long can you be active on the server everyday? I can be active on the server approximately 1-2 hours per day. That number could go up during the weekends or holidays. How long have you been playing Mineverse? Since it was created :p, however I will point out that I took a long hiatus. I am glad to say that I am back now and fully willing to commit myself to the server. Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game). Never, nunca, nie, никогда Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Experience is often perceived as the number one factor when judging whether or not someone is fit for a position. I feel my experience as a moderator is very illustrious. I was a moderator on Skyblock.net, the Hellblock server on Mineverse, and TrueMU's (MinecraftUniverse) server (which is now unfortunately defunct). I have also been a Moderator on a few smaller servers and I owned my own server for some time. I will say that TrueMU's server in it's prime was very similar in popularity to Mineverse. This shows that I am able to handle such a large group of people at any given time. Do you meet the requirements for staff? Of course! Why would I apply for something I didn't complete the requirements for ;).

I've been on these forums since they were created. I have just been inactive for a while. I was dealing with a lot of personal issues. Also, you are newer than me on the forums, by a longshot.
