Depression [iAlwaysToggle]

hey....
its toggle.....
and...
i have depression.
this is serious, i might not be on mineverse for the next 4-5 months.
so basically, ever since i uploaded a video on youtube "The Official Togglers Clan", I've been sad for some odd reason. I can't be happy.

I'm also mad.
I recommend to not comment on this rant because I might be toxic to you (mean to you) unless you're saying something like "Hope you feel better", because that just should cheer me up for a little bit.

I highly doubt you have depression, more likely you self diagnosed because you're feeling down.

Depression is not the presence of sadness or despair, it is the absence of emotion, no desire to do anything, which is why self hurt is common in depression, it gives them some kind of feeling.

 

Just dont suicide man. Im serious. Everything will be all right. Dont even think about going on the top of that roof. Talk to ur parents about this

 

Once you reach the bottom you can only go up, best of luck for the rough road ahead.

 

So many people have "depression" theae days. Not mocking you. Just pointing it out.

 

Who can blame them, in the sad world we live today. Im surprised not everyone in the world suffers from it...

There's a point when you feel like you need a feeling, and it seems like feelings have been long gone... And really, it's all right to cry or laugh out loud, no matter whether you know or don't know what you're doing. No one's going to stare at you because you're out of place, because everyone's unique.

And I just want you to know that you can always contact me (though I may not be very active on forums) if you ever need some help. Think about the small things that make you happy, don't just wave it away and say nothing. There are things. Maybe you managed to catch a bus back home on time, ate something nice, saw something cool on the internet, may be just little things.

Although sometimes you may think the way I think sometimes that I have no right to feel sad or angry about my life because others out there may not even be able to survive, and have their life hanging by a thread. Just know that it's ok to feel sad or angry about your life. But at the end of the day, I want you to not just know, but also remember that you're loved by someone. And if you can't live for yourself, live for that person, and you KNOW you can't disappoint them.

There's always a reason to live. You may want to die at some point, when you hit the rock bottom, but if you really face death, you'll always want to turn back. Why? Because DEEP INSIDE, there's something that tells you, there's something worth living for. So never give up, I know it sounds cliched, but these words will really help you through one day as it's from personal experience.
