Inactive Survival glitch?

to whom it may concern,

Lately I have been playing on the survival server and I would have no problems, however the past few times I would log in this would happen;

1. I would start mine craft and proceed to the mineverse server with no issues.
2. Once on the mineverse's hub, still everything fine, I would try to connect to the survival server.
3. It starts out fine, I see the mine craft loading screen and would wait a few seconds until iy would load, however, survival would load but only for a second then it would kick me back to the servers hub like nothing happened.

Any help or guidance would help,

Where do you spawn in? (Spawn, Base, etc)

 

I spawn at my home

 

Maybe you're banned from survival? What's your ign?

Edit: I suggest tagging a moderator with your ign so they can check for you.

@RandomNinja14 , sorry for the bother, you were just the first moderator On the forums, anyways, could you check to see if someone is banned for me? If so, the IGN is RadioactiveASF, that's the account I'm having trouble with

Are you possibly stuck in a glitched chuck? (if those still exist)

Since you aren't banned, I suggest that you buy a tp to spawn (It's free).
Click Shop > Type in your ign (That you have a problem with) > Click Tp To Spawn > Buy it (again, it's free) > Wait a few minutes, then join Survival again.
There is also a clear inventory item, but that probably won't help you.. may be worth a try though. If this doesn't work, your probably going to need to email [email protected] like @Swift said.

 

Just to to shop.mineverse.com and buy a free teleport to spawn.
