Meh, spelling errors will happen, don't apologise for them. And, I mean, if he was previously told and warned about it then I completely understand the decision behind it and can respect that.

TADS worked his butt off here. There is no denying that. However, just because a moderator handled tons of reports, doesn't mean they are immune to staff rules we put in place. No one is. Pile basically said it all already. The way this thread was worded is confusing. People come to biased conclusions when they don't know the full story. Tads is not stupid, he knows what he did. He was talked to several times but didn't seem to care. I understand he was upset about how some things were run here but it doesn't give him a free pass to be defiant. I don't want this demotion to cloud how much you really did for MV. Thank you for what you did, it didn't go unnoticed. I was here to stand by you and give you another opportunity to moderate. I am not against you. I wish you the best.

I'm so sorry my man.. You were honestly one of my favorite mods. I disrespect a lot of staff because they piss me off because they can get on my nerves a lot. You weren't only a great staff member, you were a great friend. I knew you way before you became mod. You were(/still?) a great boyfriend for @DinoDuck. I'm no stalker, but seeing you two put messages on each other's profile was goals af. If you're quitting. I hope you come back sometime. Maybe not soon, if you need time, but visit.
