Are you serious? It's one to create 2 applications, but 2 accounts? Just because your other application is getting no supports for a legitimate reason.. Honestly even if you aren't him, which you probably are. You don't meet the requirements to become moderator which are: - 50 Posts - 2 weeks on the forums - 2FA enabled - Skype or TeamSpeak 3 for offline communication And don't double post.
